How it started ?
Je Bouge Pour Mon Moral is a non-profit organization which aims to help people suffering from mental health issues to engage in physical activity in order to feel better and achieve sustainable recovery. I joined the organization in 2023 as a No Code & Product freelance to help them improve their operations and productivity using No Code tools.
Context & Challenges.
When I joined, the organization had recently integrated No Code tools but needed guidance to refine their processes and choose the right tools to scale effectively. My mission was to optimize their workflow, improve productivity and implement key performance indicators to measure operational impact.
Phase 1: Streamlining Processes & Defining the No Code Stack
To build an efficient system, I first conducted workshops to map out existing workflows and pain points. We created a dynamic operations flow in Miro, enabling real-time updates by the team. Once we had a clear view of their processes, we selected the best No Code tools to support their operations effectively.
Phase 2: Boosting Productivity with Automation
After confirming our stack and processes, we improved the data architecture on Airtable. I conducted some micro-bootcamps to help the organization increase autonomy with this tool. We’ve focused on automating the most time-consuming tasks within Airtable and Make Automations like sending emails automatically, notifications on Slack or update or create records.
Phase 3: Data-Driven Decision-Making
Airtable’s intuitive interface allowed us to streamline prospect and client management, ensuring data remained clear and actionable. The team can now leverage key performance indicators to make informed, data-driven decisions while staying focused on their mission.
